Henri, jeune elfe, ne travaillera pas dans l'atelier de jouets du Père Noël cette année. Déçu, il s'enfuit vers le Pôle Nord avec tous les jouets de Noël. Mais son traîneau percute un arbre et Henri échoue dans une banlieue américaine. La fête semble bien compromise lorsqu'un marchand de jouets malhonnête s'empare de la hotte du Père Noël. Heureusement, l'adorable et courageux Beethoven et son ami Mason joignent leurs forces à celles d'Henri pour sauver la fête préférée des enfants...
